You can request deletion of your CardSnap account and all associated data at any time. This page explains the process and what data will be deleted.

How to request deletion

Send an email from your registered email address to:

Email support@autocardai.app

What gets deleted

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete:

• Your account information (name, email, password)
• All saved leads and contact data
• Uploaded business card images
• Any HubSpot connection tokens stored on our servers
• Authentication credentials and session data

What is retained

For legal and compliance purposes, we may retain the following for up to 90 days before permanent deletion:

• Anonymized usage logs (without personal identifiers)
• Backup data on secure servers (auto-purged after 90 days)

Processing time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Delete specific data only

If you only want to delete specific leads (not your entire account), you can do so directly in the app:

• Open CardSnap → Your Leads
• Tap any lead → Edit
• Tap the delete (trash) button
